EU WITHDRAWAL RULES

EU WITHDRAWAL for orders received only online on the website mariaprimolan.it from EU Customers According to the EU Directive 2023/2673 to exercise the existing 14-day right of withdrawal (also known as the 'cooling-off period') for the Customers

Timeframe and Effective Date

For physical goods: the 14 days begin from the day the customer phisically receive the product.

Expiration: If the deadline expires on a holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

How to activate it

Communication: The buyer/Customer can use the appropriate button on the footer of the website pages and to follow the instructions, before the deadline of 14 days.

Sending Goods: Once the withdrawal has been communicated, the buyer/customer has an additional time of 14 days to return the sculpture/good/product to the sender Maria Primolan Sculptor.

Costs and Refunds

What the buyer/customer will be refunded: the seller/Maria Primolan will refund the full amount paid, including the initial shipping costs (the basic ones)

Return costs: the buyer/customer is responsible for the costs of returning the sculpture/good/product

Refund timeline: the seller withhold payment refund until the sculptures/goods/products are received from the seller/Maria Primolan Sculptor

Main Exceptions

The refund does not apply to certain categories including:

Custom made or clearly personalized sculptures. 

Pre-ordered sculptural portraits created specifically for the customer/buyer.

Decreased value:

The customer is responsible for any handling of the item that alters its original value. However, they are not responsible for the decrease in value if the seller failed to inform them of the right of withdrawal before purchase.
